Do you want to install QuickBooks but haven’t been able to figure it out? Do you need a hand just finding a place to start? Can’t get your bank account reconciled? We can help you with problems or issues you may be having with QuickBooks products. If you are not already a client, and we can help you with a phone call or email, we’d be happy to help you at no charge just to introduce you to our services. We offer ongoing quickbooks support packages to assist all users from initial installations through more advanced users.
Here are some examples of services we offer.
We can set up your entire QuickBooks installation to include the following: installation and updating of the software on your computer, creating a company file to store your data and a unique chart of accounts for your business, transfering all of your year-to-date data into the company file, and reconciling your bank accounts through your most recent statements. We will include training for you throughout this process to insure that, at a minimum, you can input all necessary and routine transactions. For three months we will review your accounts with you to make sure the bank accounts are properly reconciled, transactions are recorded correctly and statements are prepared to meet your needs. All of this for a fixed fee of $399.
If you have employees and need us to do payroll as well, we will do all of the above PLUS install your year-to-date payroll data into QuickBooks, and for the three months we will help you prepare, and we will review, all paychecks, monthly tax deposits and your first quarterly Federal and California payroll tax reports. All of this for a fixed fee of $699.
After your installation is completed to your satisfaction, if you choose not to maintain your QuickBooks product yourself or you just don’t want to deal with it, we offer ongoing service packages to accomodate any of your bookkeeping needs from $129 per month.
