service contracts

We do not offer service contracts and you are under no obligation to continue paying for services that you no longer wish to receive. We view all of our monthly payment plans merely as a convenient means for you to schedule your payments on a basis that approximates when our services are actually rendered. Should you decide that you no longer wish to use our services, you can cease at any time and are under no obligation to make any additional payments for services not yet received.

Now, if you are dissatisfied with any service that you’ve received from us, we expect that you will tell us so that we can address any concerns that you have. We want you to be pleased with our service, we want to exceed your expectations, but we can’t do that if you don’t tell us if something doesn’t seem quite right. We try to anticipate your needs but we can’t always read your mind.
